1. Regional Meeting:   Every Wednesday morning 6.00-7.30 am we, the Regional Coordinators  will have the Conference Prayer. Sols. Arvind, in charge of Shadow Parli, India, & Jevika, Secretary  will arrange for the meeting. The Regional Coordinators and their Secretaries will attend this prayer. 
  2. Regional Meeting  3rd  Saturday  :  Every 3rd     Saturday  of the month, i.e.  (16th  January), East   Region    will have  Regional Prayer Meeting.  The Core Team of East Region , the Speakers, Coordinators and Secretaries of  all the 4 States,  will  arrange for the meeting.   
  3. Regional Meeting  3rd  Sunday   :  Every 3rd  Sunday  of the month, i.e.  (17th Jan) , Kerala    Region   will have  Regional Prayer Meeting from 6.00-7.00 am.  Sol.Paul Kurien  & Sol. Nirmala will arrange this.  
  4. Regional Meeting  Andhra Pradesh: The Speaker, Coordinator, Secretary (Core team) may together  fix the date and time for the monthly Regional Meeting since it could not be conducted on the 2nd Monday .
  5. Children  Bible School   inauguration: Children  Bible School was inaugurated on 10.1.2021 from 6.00-8.30 pm. Glory be to God.   
  6. Shadow Parli  & SLA Meet January   : Topic for Shadow Parli report for January   is “Farmers Condition in India”. All the SMPs & SMLAs  will submit survey reports on 
  7. “Farmers Condition in  India ” in general and the same in their Constituency in  particular   
  8. The  methods to improve Farmers Condition in their Constituency.   
  9. How India can protect its Farmers and improve their welfare.. 
  10. Let the secretaries send a copy of the report to Chennai  for  archives. 
  11. The Zonal Speaker during the Zonal meetings will announce the date of Shadow Parli for that particular Zone.
  12. Each  SMP (Speaker for SLA)  will announce dates for Shadow Legislative Assembly meetings for their SLA Constituencies.  
  13. National Coordinators Meet: All the BFF, gifts schools Coordinators should supply  10 Soldiers  every month and Troop Church Coordinator should supply  20 Soldiers every month to the Speaker of the State  for appointing as SMPs, SMLAs,  and SMLs (Shadow Mandal Leaders) in the States. State Coordinators will see to it.   
  14.  Details of  the first National Coordinators meet is given below. This is only for presenting the vision and plan. (Reference to the  audio message already circulated). The  Wind Wing Coordinator Sol. Antony & Team will coordinate this meetings. In the first meeting, all the Coordinators will share their visions &  inspirations they have received  in prayer about the department they have taken and submit their plans for their tenure 6 months.  (Yellow to be confirmed, Green already confirmed. ) This can be of lesser time  (eg. 15- 30 mnts)  and separate from the monthly meetings they hold.

  • The State Coordinator  may kindly fix a date for handing over of the duties to the  new Coordinators and praying for them, educate the new Coordinators  about, the norms of functioning, like registering the schools and students in the weblink, sending testimonies to KG etc. 
  • From 2021, Uttrakhand will function as separate Zone.
  • The details of Zonal Meetings for Kerala  and East Regions will be prepared by the Core team and shared by secretaries in the Wheel Wing. 
  • From, 2021, for facilitating the growth of Troop Churches, and Gift Schools, Shadow Parli, SLA etc. a State core team is formed with three members, 
  • Speaker  – in charge of Shadow Parli, SLA, SMPs, SMLAs etc
  •  Coordinator – In charge of Gift Schools and AOJO (Other Operations of AOJ)
  • Secretary – In charge of organizing, conducting meetings, registers, reports and documents 
  • The 14 Years Freedom Struggle Over. India is Liberated to send seed and food to other countries now. Let’s get prepared. Each State can adopt one country now. Let’s aim at starting one Troop Church now in the chosen Country. From there it will multiply. Let’s motivate the whole AOJ soldiers towards capturing the World now.
