Conference prayer for  Regional Coordinators 

  1. Regional Meeting:   Every Wednesday morning 6.00-7.00 am we, the Regional Coordinators  will have the Conference Prayer. Sols. Arvind, in charge of Shadow Parli, India, & Jevika, Secretary  will arrange for the meeting. The Regional Coordinators and their Secretaries will attend this prayer. 
  2. Regional Meeting  2nd Saturday  :  Every 2nd   Saturday  of the month, i.e.  (11th  Nov) , Tamil Nadu  Region will have  Regional Prayer Meeting.  Sol. Dr. Benedict  & Sol Rithu Christy   will arrange for the meeting.   
  3. Regional Meeting  2nd Sunday  :  Every 2nd   Sunday  of the month, i.e.  (12th  Nov) , Central Region   will have  Regional Prayer Meeting.  Sol. Veerendra & Sol. Manisha    will arrange for the meeting.   The details of Zonal Meetings for the week  are given below.

  • Appointing SMLAs: By the abundant grace of God, as planned earlier, The Shadow MLAs were appointed for all the SMP Constituencies. Since  all the SMLAs di not take part in the appointing ceremony, rrangements should be made during zonal meetings or outside zonal meetings to educate them about the duties.
  • Agenda of  the Zonal meetings from  next  week onwards. (9th-13th)

The first Zonal meetings for the SMPS & SMLAs will start from next week.  The sample schedule for the zonal meeting is given here. Next week will be zonal meetings for the North Region. The Zonal Speaker, deputy speaker and Secretary will be in charge of arranging  zonal meetings.

  1. In the first Zonal  meetings all the  Zonal Speakers, SMPS, SMLAs will  participate. 
  2. The SMLAs will be given a warm welcome in this first meeting by their corresponding SMPs. 
  3. An attendance will be taken of the members who participate.
  4. The SMLAs of the particular Constituency will be introduced to each other and to their SMP during the zonal meeting by switching on their video. They may come prepared. 
  5. The SMP will have a gift to be given to each SMLA. Before coming for the meeting, the SMP should have received   a “Promise Verse” in prayer for each of the SMLA.  It should be written in a slip and to be brought to the meeting. While SMP is introducing the SMLAs, he/she will give the Gift (The Promise Verse) in front of everybody  (by switching on the video), read it out  & pray for them. 
  6. The other procedures of the meeting will be given in the schedule..

  • Plan given for  October for AOJ : 3 fold (Pending  – to be completed as early as possible in November 
  • Children Bible School: (Kindly see the attached forms for survey)

Bible Schools are arranged for  all the AOJ children in India. Syllabuses are being prepared according to their academic standards. A statistical survey of the AOJ children will be taken for this purpose. Kindly get the cooperation of all the speakers in filling this  at their earliest convenience. This was to be completed in the month of October itself but is being pulled on to November. May God forgive us for the delay. 

  • Marriage counseling courses will be conducted  by the Matrimony teams in each region. They will take a survey of the youth of marriageable age and arrange this as early as possible. 
  • Shadow Parli  November  : Topic for Shadow Parli report for November is “Democracy in India”. Let all the SMPs & SMLAs  submit survey reports on 
  • “Democracy in  India ” in general and the same in their Constituency in  particular   
  • The  methods to improve the democratic values in their Constituency.   
  • How India can improve the quality of  Democratic Government. 
  • Let the secretaries send a copy of the report to Chennai  for  archives. 
  • The Zonal Speaker during the Zonal meetings will announce the date of Shadow Parli for that particular Zone.
  • Each  SMP (Speaker for SLA)  will announce dates for Shadow Legislative Assembly meetings for their SLA Constituencies. 
  • State Coordinators Meet: All the  National Gift School (GS) and other AOJ Operations (AOJO) are conducting weekly meetings for their corresponding State Coordinators. All the Gift Schools and AOJ Operations will nourish and  equip the new soldiers who come to them, teach them spiritual warfare and supply 10  soldiers from each Gift School  every month for appointing as  SMPs, SMLAs and for the other subdivisions. Troop Church Coordinator will supply 20 soldiers every month.  
  • Morning Worship in Common: By the grace of God, Morning Worships have increased in number and are being conducted  in 12 places. It has to expand to all the SMP Constituencies.
