I have kept my Father’s commandments

Joh 15:10 If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love”.

There are many in this world who say, “I love Jesus”. But when temptations, persecutions come they are not able to “remain”. In order to “remain” in His love, Jesus puts forth a condition. 

“Keep my commandments”.

Here Jesus distinguishes between 

My (Jesus) commandments &

Father’s commandments.

Jesus claims to have fulfilled His Father’s commandments. Did He mean only the 10 commandments?

Of course, no.  Apart from the written 10, every day He received commands from His Father while “being with Him” early in the morning. For eg.

1. Direction where to go straight after baptism (to the desert) 

2. Intuition to go to Gethsemane straight after the last supper

3. The time & day to go to Simon the leper’s house to meet a sinner woman.

These are not in the 10 commandments. But He received them on daily basis. 

These daily commands should be received directly.  It cannot come through a mediator. (Priest, prophet, bishop, counsellor or pastor)

In the year 2015, the Lord gave us a command & a message to be shared with the Churches. It was a time bound one to be finished in 5 months. We started running with that. Starting from Kerala, went up to Kashmir.  On 27th of the fifth month, I was in Haryana. 3 more days, 3 States were left out. One was Punjab. I shared my anxiety in the group. One leader of the Church came to help me “Can I arrange a meeting in Punjab”? He asked.

“Yes please. If it is within 3 days” I said. 

 He could do it only on July 1st, the 4th day. 

“24 hours delay won’t matter. After all the Lord will honor our running!” I consoled myself!

We reached Ludhiana. The Punjabi pastor had arranged everything perfectly! The hall for meeting & our stay, a big shamiana panthal on the terrace of for serving food etc.  The hall could   accommodate about 150 people. We were ready to start at 10.00 am as usual.  But till 12.30 pm nobody turned up. Only a few children came. Pastor was very upset. After the lunch, we decided to start with the children & 2, 3 grown-ups.  When I started sharing the message around 2.30 pm,  I  sensitized some problem with my Punjabi translator.  Each word had to be repeated 2,3 times.  Later I came to know he was partially deaf!  Can you imagine the ridiculous situation I was put to! At 5.00 pm we had to close without completing even 1/4 of the task. Disheartened, we, asked the Lord, “Why did you forsake us Lord? In our 20 yrs experience, it never happened before.”

Holy spirit spoke through the sister who was with me. “The 24 hrs delay, which we took for granted, was unsanctioned. We should have asked permission for that”.

We acknowledged our folly then & there, asked forgiveness from Jesus, for the time loss, unnecessary stress & anxiety caused on every side & for the wastage of resources! We saw a miracle instantly! 5 gentlemen walked into the Church one after the other, met the pastor who was very upset! They came to apologize for their absence & for not keeping up their promise to send 25-30 members each for the meeting!  All were valid reasons! After acknowledging our mistake, the Church leaders joined with us in asking pardon from the Lord.

We learned a lesson that day! The heavenly commands fulfilled with heavenly speed will be backed by heavenly resources! 

How promptly & accurately Jesus fulfilled the commands He received from His Father all the 1095 days He lived on the earth! There was no delay, no deviation, no miscalculation &  nothing was taken for granted. The heavenly designed plan for Jesus, in every minute detail, was received, accepted, accomplished perfectly! He could say, “It’s Finished” on the cross!

Psa 90:12 “So teach us to count our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom”.

1Ch 12:32. Of the children of Issachar, men who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, ……and all their brothers were at their command.

May the Lord grant us wisdom that the orders & commands of heaven for

 Our political Leaders 

Church leaders

Parents

Children

Youngsters

Institutional heads

Family 

Colleagues

 should be 

Received promptly

Accepted willfully &

Accomplished meticulously!

This is the reason why we are sent to this earth!

This is A Day of Good News

2 Ki 7:9 But then they told each other, “We’re not doing the right thing. This is a day of good news, but if we keep quiet until morning, we’re sure to be punished! So let’s leave and go tell the king’s household!”

These are the words uttered by 4  lepers. They were sitting at the entrance of city gate waiting to die because of the famine prevalent in the city. Any good news for Samaria at that time would have been that of food supply, but for the lepers, healing. 

As prophet Elisha predicted, in one single day famine came to an end in Samaria. Plenty of food was supplied at the entrance gate of the city. The way it happened & the instruments the Lord used, very interesting. (Ref 2 Ki 7)

Lepers  were outcasts. Through them the Lord sends the good news. God’s ways are never familiar!

These lepers said among themselves, 

2 Ki 7:3,4  “Why are we sitting here waiting to die? ….. there’s famine in the city. ….we’ll die, too. So let’s go over to the Arameans! If they spare our lives, we’ll live, and if they kill us…we’re dying anyway!”. They took the risk. 

The Lord already had chased the Arameans! The same moment His hand worked among the lepers to go & see the abundance of  fresh food, (before it perished). They ate what they could, hid what they could, & still could not sit quiet. They had pity on their people, the very people who had rejected them, cut off all the associations with them & left them as legal outcasts of the society.

 They forgot the moments their family members,  relatives & society altogether came together for passing the order to ostracize them!

Anybody who is blessed by God can enjoy the blessings in their individual life, &  family. But don’t forget you  have a duty towards the society.

 The  lepers realized it. The materials entrusted with them (food) were perishable & were of instant distribution. They took a decision to spread the good news before morning ( less than 12 hours).

A child of God has no right to keep the good news with him/her more than  a day in a nation (India) where 69000 people are dying without hearing the “Good News” of salvation!

I remember a sister (a Colonel) who accepted the Lord as her Saviour, telling me, 

“Sister, I feel such joy that I like to lock myself up in my house for 3 days and enjoy this  bliss in full. By associating with people, I may lose it.”

For lepers, it took only few hours to come out of themselves. They forgot their status, (beggars) their habitation (city gate) & plunged into duty – taking the good news to the king.

Another thing noteworthy- They did not wait for their healing. Still being a leper, they carried the good news.

Many of us are imprisoned in our thoughts & are deceived.

“I myself am still a leper (Not blessed, not healed, lack these blessings). 

How can I be a messenger of the Lord ? If somebody asks of my infirmity,  what will I say? Let me first get healed, receive a miracle. Then my message with testimony will be powerful!” 

Beware of this deception! Cast it out instantly if you don’t want to be found guilty!

I have high appreciation for the poor lepers who somehow managed to enter into the palace and successfully accomplish the duty entrusted to them!.

Lepers would not have heard prophet Elisha’s prophecy for the land! But God used them as instruments to fulfill it.

Dear soldier of God, you might be in leprosy today! Ostracized legally, socially, morally, mentally from your own family members,  child(ren), wife, husband, parents, own people, own caste, etc….

Jesus faced the same situation. 

Jn 1:11 “He came to his own, and those who were his own didn’t receive him.”

Still God has entrusted the “Good News for the whole world” with you!

Before getting an entry into the palace, at how many gates the lepers would have been blocked!  How many hindrances they would have faced? 

But no security of the king  could stand in their way to the palace! They became more powerful than all the high security  of the king. Because they had the “Good News” with them. 

Receive the “Good News” everyday from your loving Father directly by spending  time with Him!

It will make you powerful to overcome all your negatives. 

God did not heal the lepers before making them messengers. They were lepers before & after! Bible says nothing  about their healing!

The blessing you expect from the Lord may not come the way you expect! It might be much more than that!

Would the lepers ever have dreamt of becoming the best food suppliers of a famine stricken country? The best they could have expected & prayed for, would’ve been their  physical healing!

Lord in His benevolence, raised their status! What they did for their nation, got imprinted in the “Word of God” & they were added among the saints of the Bible, without getting healed.

Children of the Promise

Rom 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

Dear smp sol,

The above verse says, there are two kinds of children born in this world.

Children of God
Children of the flesh

Both are born of parents.
God wants to have a generation in this world.
About this generation, Bible says,

Isa 53:8 ……who shall declare his generation?

Isa 43:21 the people whom I formed for myself and so that they may speak my praise.

They have been chosen even before the foundation of the world. Eph 1:4

Parents can beget children and add to this generation.

Joh 1:13 who were born, not merely in a genetic sense, nor from lust, nor from man’s desire, but from the will of God.

Dear sol,
You and me have been chosen to be in this blessed generation. We are given a special privilege to add people to this generation also. Just like a visa officer has the authority to accept or reject applications, you have been given the authority to select people, any man or woman, to add to this.

Col 1:28,29 It is he whom we proclaim as we admonish and wisely teach everyone, so that we may present everyone mature in the Messiah. I work hard and struggle to do this, using the energy that he powerfully provides in me.

For bringing every man
to Christ we are given energy. If we make use of it &work hard you can gain souls.

Mar 4:24  “Pay attention to what you’re hearing! You will be evaluated by the same standard with which you do your evaluating, and still more will be given to you”

The way you hear the “Word of God”

is important. One brother told me. 

‘ Sister, I was attending a Bible convention. Lot of people were there. So & so…… (name of a great servant of God)  his children were sitting beside me. They came in a big car, had brought eatables and were munching , commenting on the preacher and  taking the word very lightly”. 

Hearing that I felt sad.

Never attempt to hear the “Word” for fun!.

Word of God is fire that can devour you. 

A hammer that can smash you. 

Her. 23:29

An incorruptible seed which can give you a ‘rebirth’ in Jesus Christ!

1 Pet 1:23

A lamp for your  feet which regulates the steps you walk everyday. 

PS 119:105

Dew & rain that comes from heaven which makes seeds  germinate in you! 

Is 55:10,11

  “Word of God” & Preaching of the Word is taken for granted, at times, in our nation, since  there is freedom of religion.

Today it has become a custom in many Christian  houses, to turn on  a Bible channel in T.V. &  do  all the other works.

 One of our trainees, was deputed to teach in one of the universities in China. He is a disciple of Jesus Christ. After going there, he narrated his experiences with me like this,

"I had a student, who looked very weak & gloomy. When I asked him the reason, he disclosed that he was heart patient . I was eager to give him Jesus & the healing Jesus brought  on Calvary. But we are not allowed. I just told him, "I can suggest you a medicine. It is very simple. Would you like to try ?.
'Yes Sir'. 
"Say 100 times a day 'Jesus heal me'. Would you? "
'Sure Sir. But what is "Jesus"? He asked.
"I won't tell  you now but will tell you later when I get a chance" he answered.

Can you imagine the agony that Sir would have undergone when the Chinese student asked this question!. The problem with Christians in India  is so much of passive listening, hearing without action & saturation !!

The Lord is alerting you today!

Whatever you hear, should be passed on to others! 

“So let a man think of us as Christ’s servants, and stewards of God’s mysteries.  Here, moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.”

1Co 4:1,2

Faithful in what? In distributing to others whatever “mysteries” God

has entrusted  you. 

God the Father gave everything, even His only Son to us!

Jesus has been given, “all the authority in heaven & earth”.

He did not keep it with Himself. He made us heirs of His Father’s property & Kingdom. 

Shouldn’t you make your fellow workers, (whom all you  come across in your life) heirs of the Kingdom of God ? 

Is it enough that you glorify God & thank Him for the joy of Salvation  you received?

How can we pull on one day without introducing this treasure “Jesus” to others? Let our hearts be longing for every opportunity I get!. Every soul I get! Let our Christian life  never be limited to  ‘Sunday Services & yearly Christmas, Easter festivals!’ 

Let us be watchful about every “Word” that we hear! Pass it on to others in a way it can effectively work in their lives!

Renewed Mind

Mar 4:8 “But others fell on good soil and produced a crop. They grew up, increased in size, and produced 30, 60, or 100 times what was sown.”

We see six kinds of soil in this parable.

Three kinds are named by Jesus as “good soil”. Named  “good soil” because it survived up to harvest time! The others are

1. Soil on the path (v 4)

2. Stony ground (v 5)

3. Soil covered by bush (v 7)

which did not yield.

Good soil is of three types.

1. That yielded 30%

2. That yielded 60%

3. That yielded 100%

Why this variation? Where is the problem?

It is not with the seed. Same seed is sown.

Not with the sower – He did not discriminate any  land. Each was given its due.

Problem was with the soil. 

Soil = mind. 

As soon as the “word” is sown, the soil receives it. But “mind” could not guard the seed. So it incurred heavy loss. 

Even 2/3 of the soil which produced a crop, was under productive, only 1/3 could come up to full productivity!

To understand this better, let us go  to ROM 12:2

 “Continuously be transformed by the renewing of your mind”.

Mind  (soil) should be changed continuously. 

Mind  should be renewed daily & continuously, may be, a few times even in  a single day. 

How to do it? 

1. By hearing testimonies of people. (I give below one which I received yesterday. It renewed my mind ) 

2. By seeing the hand of God in the miracles that are happening around you. (Eg. Look at the flowers!  where did they  get the colour from. Rain water doesn’t wash it away!)

3. Meditating on  each & every word Jesus said.

By these 3, human mind can be renewed continuously. 

A mind which is renewed continuously will yield 100 during harvest! Blessed are they who produce the maximum using the potential invested in them!

Here is a testimony which I received yesterday.

"We bought new computer parts🖥 to build a new system for David's academics📕 from Amazon and he assembled it and after doing so, tried switching it on only to find the system not workin😖😩😭. After multiple tries still there was no change so we arranged a technician who came to the conclusion that the pins on the processor socket of the motherboard were bent due to some minor mistake and that the motherboard and the cpu's warranty was void due to "physical damage" and was of no use anymore rendering the whole system useless and to be thrown out. So we prayed during our troop church  service at our place on Sunday. David too prayed fervently during his personal prayer. At that time the Holy Spirit🕊 guided him and so he tried to fix it again for the last time and to our surprise a  miracle took place "*the computer worked without any issue*". It was the hand of God that made it possible for with God everything is possible (Luke 1:37). Our Lord Jesus Christ is always there for us in our time of need.🐣

All glory to our Lord Jesus Christ.

This renewed my mind. Hope it does yours too!

Dear all, 

Please hear this message!

JESUS CHRIST

Is the only solution for Covid 19!

Jesus is the only way to escape from this pandemic!

Jesus is not a Religion! Jesus is not a structure or a hierarchical system! 

Jesus is not  in huge  buildings, 

Jesus is not an organization!

He is the Son of God who came to earth to reconcile Man to God the Almighty.. 

Jesus is  a person, the incarnation of God  

He  did not come  to establish  a religion on earth. But only asked us to love everyone and to forgive everyone.  

He has given only two commands!

Love God and 

Love your neighbour!

Do not be deceived by  organizations or persons who demand money in the name of Jesus, for constructing buildings, or for any other need! 

Violation of the commandment of love has brought this wrath of God on  this earth! 

To know about Jesus,  read  the Bible. It contains  all the laws that God  the Creator has  given to  humanity. 

God  is our Creator and  Life giver. 

God is love.  He is our loving  Father. Let’s love our neighbours  irrespective of caste, religion, nationality.. All human beings are our brothers and sisters. 

God does not want people to die of the plague. He wants us to leave our evil ways and turn to Him! Then we will live.

No religion, religious structures, not even Christian religion can save humanity from this plague!

Believe in Jesus! Accept His commands!

Accept Jesus as your personal Saviour and Lord. Bible  will speak to you  who Jesus is!  Jesus did not establish any religion. He came to eradicate religion from the earth and to connect humanity with God risking His own life!  Jesus only can forgive our sins and take us to heaven! 

Let’s love God and love our neighbours! Let us serve humanity, irrespective of caste, creed or religion!

Let us make the world a happy and safe place to live.!

Take me up and throw me out into the sea

Jon 1:11,12  Then they said to him, What shall we do to you, that the sea may be calm to us? For the sea was going on and being stormy. And he said to them, Take me up and throw me out into the sea. And the sea shall be calm to you; for I know that this great storm has come on you for my sake. 

The prophet failed  to see the steadfast love and compassion of God was for all the people.  God had to teach it to him in the hardest way. 

His mistake was refusing to go to Nineveh, the hard hearted city with the message of repentance. God did not choose a substitute for Jonah . But rather got him to surrender to His ways. His calling was personal.  

2 Sa 24:15-16  And Jehovah sent a plague upon Israel from the morning even till the time appointed. And there died from the people, from Dan to Beer-sheba, seventy thousand men. And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it, Jehovah turned from the evil, and said to the angel who destroyed the people, Enough! And stay your hand.

2Sa 24:17  And David spoke to Jehovah when he saw the angel who struck the people, and said, Lo, I have sinned, and I have done wickedly. But these sheep, what have they done? I pray You, let Your hand be against me and against my father’s house. 

Jonah was sincere enough to admit his fault, receive the punishment  in order to rescue the passengers  in the ship.  

David had the integrity of heart to ask God to let His hand against him and his father’s house, instead of  his sheep. 

 This is the time the global Church has to do the same. Let’s admit the  sins  of the Church and ask pardon on its behalf. Then the Lord will have compassion for His people and remove the pestilence from this earth.  

What was the sin of the Church that we have to confess? 

The sin of violating the last command of  Jesus, 

not evangelizing. (Mat 28:19,20)

The sin of violating the first command of God, not  multiplying. Multiplying is not only physical but spiritual too. We should multiply the disciples.

How to multiply?

The season has changed. The method has to be changed!

Jer 16:16  Behold, I will send for many fishermen, says Jehovah, and they will fish them. And afterwards I will send for many hunters, and they will hunt them from every mountain and from every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks. 

This is the time of hunting.  We have to hunt down individuals now, those who are in every  mountain, (high place),every hill , and out of the holes of the rocks (under world). 

Fishermen ministry  is over. Fishing in bulk through convention, crusade etc.  came to an end with this  generation.   . The Lord has raised a new generation, hunters. They go hiding. They go individually,. They go to  unknown places,  spread the net, catch the prey, (one by one). You may not know the result immediately, but the one whom you have caught will catch another one, another one,  it goes like a chain.

Let’s never break this chain. Not even a single Troop Church member should go  bare handed. They should be discipling someone  all the time. Noone may  know.  They may not be able to give a report of anything. But one who sees the intentions of the heart will reward them. 

From the month of July we are going to concentrate on each Constituency! Let
